Transfer case out put shaft seal

Hi, I found the transfer case lower out put shaft seal seeping. How hard is it to change and were can i get it.

easy job. remove flange replace seal. all the trans, xcase and axle input and outputs are all the same. SECO and most surplus parts guys have them.
