Has anyone ever setup a trc 77 radio in a hmmwv i am thinking about setting one up, but not sure what components i will need. Does this radio send voice or Morse code only?

More or LESS usable would be the PRC-77 a combat net voice radio. A bit more readily available / usable for mobile operation with accessories.
