I couldn't find the right specs either, so I tightened them until I got a good compression rate on the spring but not to much to collapse it.

Hey Jimmy, I just found it in TM-9-2320-361-34, page 15-6. It says to tighten them to a spring height of 6.375 inches, no torque. For the other bolts, tighten to 125-165 lb-ft. Good to go now :D
