trouble getting a pickup date

I have been calling 3 days now to Havre De Grace to get a day and time to pick up my M105a2 and can not get any one to call me back keep getting voice-mail i leave a message and don't hear back from them any one ever have this truble

Resently I had to wait 3 1/2 months to schedule a pickup. The location was unmanned and they would showup 1 day a month for 2 hours only. After vacations, and whatever I finally picked up the item.

what about the 10 day pick up i have to pick it up 10 business days from payed in full invoice3 of the day are used up in trying to get some one on the phone

I would call GL main office or use the online chat feature.

called the main office 2 day got the cell number of the guy there today from the main office and let a message there

I'm not understanding that last message, but...
If you don't get results from the cell phone, call GL back and let them know you want them to work it out. It is not the guy on the cell phone who cancels your order. It is the people at GL headquarters. So if you can't get the desired result from the local cell phone number, you gotta go back to GL and make sure they understand. Otherwise, you could lose it.
