turbo differences

How do you tell the difference between the C and D turbos by just looking at them in the truck without hearing them run.Is there some sort of data plate on them?Thanks!

Turbo C is in the first pic with a D in the second pic.

Visual distinction, is easy once you see both, C and D turbos.
