Turn signal/marker/ Headlight Modifacation

I am sure this one has been tossed around a lot. Does anyone have a mod for the turn signal/ marker lights to allow headlights and the marker lights to work together at the same time for night time driving? Not sure if this would cause a volt/ amp problem. Just at night coming head on with a deuce or five ton all you see is two headlights spaced a pick up trucks length apart. Making it impossible to see the two feet or so( of wheel fender) that protrudes beyond the headlights.

Or you can do like I did and make bumper posts, so I know where my bumpers and fenders are. The bright yellow color stands out even at night.
