two brake questions

I am doing something simple. Trying to add brake fluid. Did a search and downloaded the section of the TM but..... That "vent line" runs to a "T" with brake lines coming out of it. Does the bolt on the resevoir have a swivel on it for the "vent line"? Or do you have to take the vent line off first?

Definitly going to try to do the remote resevoir....


Next question on the parking brake. It felt like it was dragging. Pads are worn and little spring on bottom is broke. Easy question: Who sells the parts??

The fittings on the vent line should be flare fittings. You should be able to remove the line at the top on the MC cap. The spring is sometimes referred to as a moustache spring, Saturn Surplus should have them, if not try Memphis or White Owl.
