Unimog doorhandles

Somebody told me on the weekend that it is possible to mount the old Unimog (eg 404s,...) doorhandles to the M35. They seem to fit nicely, look almost the same as the originals and have a key lock!
Anyone tried that before?

Don't know about the 'Mog door handles, but there are some locking door handles available for the Deuce. Do a search, there are a couple of threads with pictures and part #'s somewhere on SS.
