US Citizen only on M105 Deuce trailer transfers?

I am transferring ownership of a M105 1.5 ton duece trailer. I got this from Govt Liq and had/have an euc; but I cannot find it or any of that paper work from the sale.

Are these restricted to US citizen only? He is a citizen, but I need to inform him of the restrictions if any. Are those terms posted on this forum and do those apply to the trailers or only the trucks?

Yup, U.S. citizen only and you should give them a copy of the EUC. I don't think it is posted here.
