Looks like nothing more then a dune buggy. That front bumper is a piece of junk.
Not sure how you would tow it.

Better than driving a Toyota "technical" in a third world country but it's not built for crew survivability. By the time they armor it top speed will be about 30 Mph and it we need constant maintenance or broken suspensions.
