USMC M38A1 air filter connection hose?

I've got a '63 M38A1 that was part of the USMC contract. The air filter housing that is on this truck has a flat lid to it ( like the picture below ) , and a different outlet style than the earlier models. I am haveing trouble finding the correct hose to connect the air filter to the carburetor intake pipe assembly. The one that I have now was sold to me as correct, but it does not fit right. Does anybody know a correct part number that might interchange, or have a good picture that they can post of the correct configuration?

That is a M151 air cleaner.
EDIT: That style air cleaner was indeed used on the last of the M38A1s.

Yes.....I realize that air cleaner was the same style as the 151, but that is what supposedly came on the '63 M38A1. The picture above is not of my truck, but it is a late model USMC version like mine. The rubber flex hose in that picture is much like what I've got at the moment, and it does not fit well. I was hoping that someone might have more experiance with what originally came on these trucks? I'd figure that it was a molded hose originally, but I really have no idea.
