Vacuum off intake question

Hey guys. QQ… on my M1123 6.5 NA. There are two vacuum lines off the filter housing/air intake. One right off the filter (rubber line to the filter quality gauge), and one more that feels like a hard plastic line (mine is cut). I need help identifying what it’s for, and the routing so I can fix if needed, or cap if not needed. Also if I need it, where can I get the part/parts.

Is that the line that ran to the fording valve? It’s no longer there. But I think some bits and pieces are. It looks like the air cleaner to selector valve line.
