Vic 3 crew boxes

Just need clarification on the full crew boxes on a vic 3. I see 2 connectors on the bottom along with 2 volume knobs. Do I understand each box only does one person with one headset? The tm confused me with a ptt reference or can one box with 2 headsets work?

If the box is : A3206624, then its for 2 persons.
