Ok so now that I calmed down a bit and in thawed my brain I have found a military vinyl repair shop in Ohio.
if anyone in Ohio needs vinyl covers repaired for under 100$ under 80$ for that matter, give J&W Canvas a call in mineral ridge Ohio. They are gunna have me in and out in the same day (season permits). They are really great guys and very helpful and informative, they even tried to find places closer to me. They do all the vinyl repairs for the new castle national guard base, very trust worthy and knowledge able about our hobby.
