There could be many issues. It's really hard to help you with so little information. Best thing at this point is to download the TMs and start reading.


Do you have a voltmeter so you can do some testing?

Check the very bottom fuse.
check for voltage at the back of the voltmeter
check the resistor on the back of the meter. Should be ~300 ohms

I'd say fuse or relay.

Should be a troubleshooting section in the -20.
