Voltmeter!

So, after obtaining another resistor for my failed voltmeter, checked the resistance ,they both are good. Checked voltmeter on battery,reads voltage. As everything appears to work, where does the wiring connect to the 24 volt system?, l assume thats the last thing that it could be.

there is a relay for the voltmeter under the dash, should be near the starter relay (located close to the big diagnostics port)
