Was looking for a shop in or near Milwaukee to work on M1008; then did it all myself!

My 6.5 started a ticking sound that took me awhile to track down. Turns out it wasn't the engine at all. The flex plate had cracked between the bolts where it bolts to the crank.
Something else to check.
I will check on it, but the flex plate is brand new and torqued to spec with loctite. I also do not hear any ticking from the bell housing through the stethoscope.
