how to get water out of upper amber portion of LED turn signal lens?

this area is sealed by a black epoxy from the back and unable to access w/o doing more damage.
i cant see where water would get in. there is about 1/2 inch water visible through lens.
(not the blackout section)
thanks!

I was afraid I would have to do that.. but dont see any other option.

As suggested, i drilled the smalles hole i had a bit 1/16 i think...
any way, drilled through the epoxy near the edge of the light hoping i didnt hit any circuits
it worked! a small drip came out so I sucked the rest out got about 2 mouth fulls of water!! (not nasty either)

now I can use a very small screw to plug the hole since it will likley happen again
thanks
