Whale boats look so small handing on the davits on the side of an aircraft carrier but I believe on the ground they are over width and over weight.

These things are embarrassingly slow. We took one that was for sale out on the lake. All the fast boats were passing us like we were standing still.

They come in different sizes, with and without motors. Is there any kind of barge service that can move it reasonably? The boat number would tell the story. ie 26MW8553 = 26 foot motor whaleboat, made in 1985, 53rd boat of the year.
