what am i missing? cant start the m1008

truck is now 12v for the glow plugs. have new glow plugs in the mail.

problem is 2 full charged batteries. will not crank. post are good and clean. turn the key starter just clicks. when it was all stock still. i would hook up the jump cables and it would crank no problem.

missing something, from what i know. no 6.2 will start without glow plugs. cant get that far if i cant crank it.

any ideas?? thanks for the help.

If you still have a 24v starter and whole system is converted , you will need a 12 v. Otherwise it may be a bad soliniod. Also make sure you are getting a full 24v, one bad battery cell can cause it to click .
