What are these parts?

Found these in a box of items I think are MB/GPW parts, maybe M38 I don't know, would appreciate any help identifying them. Thank You,

OK,
I am not positive but my research says this;
the first photo is a green tube like dohicky.
the second photo is some sort of flat , OD, steel thingamajig
the third one for sure is a flat,OD steel thingamajig, just a little older oh and it has a switch.
