what body style for m1009 sf97?

what body style do you use for filling out sf97 form for a m1009 blazer? Thanks

I have used Blazer or truck in Oklahoma

There are some possibilities: As I got my M1009 in 1992 it was declared to be a BUS, however, it seems to be more logical to call it a passenger car or a SUV or a light duty truck, which is ther closesed to the emmission label. Hope this helps.

The last 4 I processed in PA I used SUV. Whatever you fill out on the SF-97 request, will appear exactly on the actual SF-97.

"Utility" is the designation for the 1009.
The M1008 and other similar is Cargo.
I can not answer for the ambulance version.

Edit: Per the TM and the description for the M1009 National Stock Number it is "Truck, Utility"

You should test this theory and put something like Turd on it

I put 4x4.

I just used "3 Door" we'll see what comes on the SF97.... going on week three of the wait for it.

I just used whatever the GSA put on it.
