what is missing from this deuce?

This pic is from a duece offered on GL. What is missing / un-plugged? Would this be where the ether start would be located? The truck is stated as"vehicle Runs"

The old generator's regulator box on the right, and that looks like the flame pre-heater hose/wire on the left.

Hmm, thing on the passenger side looks more like the vent line from the airpack... There is a MWO to have the line disconnected from the air intake with a vent cap attached to the fitting on the end of the line so that would not be a chance of cross contamination.

Of course, my eyes are getting old and the monitor on the computer here at work isn't the greatest...

Holes on the driver's side are where the bracket for the old style mechanical voltage regulator was mounted (as has already been stated). Unit was removed when the truck was converted from having a generator to an alternator.
