Any help with a id of small looks like release valve, just towards the cab of my m35 behind the oil filter?

silver in color, cap rotates, it is screwed into the manifold that I think is coolant related.

Oil sampling port? Do a search, it should bring up some manuals. The pic will be in there somewhere.
