Well, it is a relatively old shelter with a big antenna and a sunshade similar to what is used on the S250 Shelter. It is probably a basic S280 type with a commo specific mission... Note the Semi Gloss Paint and small round rear view mirror. The DEW line and other city protection radars used early Gas Reos .. I am guessing ...Black and white image...about 1958...
