What truck did this rimm originally go on

I recently found this tire at a truck repair shop. It has what looks to be a unused (still see Michelin man on end of tread knobs) Michelin tubed 14.00x20 tire. The rim has a small split ring on it.
Does anyone know what it was originally used on?
