I saw this truck up on a particular auction site, and I was wonder what type of camo was this, and where/when was it used?

It's 3 color carc ,(NATO) pattern but MOANG didn't use 383 green carc paint as a base. I have seen A lot of their trucks done like this, part older paint with some carc sprayed on top like the black and brown. The base is one of the 1975 4 color camo greens, my best guess is they had a lot of it laying around and used it or stretched the brown and black pattern to cover the 4th color. They may have used desert sand as brown which would explain the pinkish color some of their truck have where it should be brown. With the 1975 camo there were 12 colors to choose from.
