What year is my Deuce....

I see the VIN info thread has been closed....

My Deuce has a different plate and info than most listed on the VIN info Thread.

It reads....

2320-00-926-0873

ID #
83k922 0840-10486

Contract#
DAAE07-81C-5307

It must be a newer M35A2
The cab has a indented line around the back of the lower cab where all the other M35's in the lot the back of the lower cab is smooth

Dealer has not got the title back from NCDMV yet....

It appears to be a 1983 model(83K922) and an 08th series truck.

Uh, might want to try the 2010 VIN Info thread instead of the 2009 but yes, it's an 1983.

Is the 1983 Model any different...better or worse then the early 70's models
What engine would it have??

They are all basically the same from the sixties through mid 80s with very minor differences.
