Hello
A friend of mine just bought a nice looking M51A2 tipper. We live in the Netherlands and it seems to be a problem when the truck is newer than 1966 in order to get it streetlegal licensed. Can anybody tell me how to figure out the chassisnumer or the hoodnumber? Chassis: 5123-12496 Hoodnumber: 5D 7840
The plate on the dash has no stamped numbers other than the same chassis number.
