Wheel cylinders

I looked at the cross reference and I know that the dealers have them, but has someone recently purchased a wheel cylinder from a local auto parts store for the M35 series trucks?
I have one that has a bad static leak so I purchased two new cylinders and four rebuild kits from one of our dealers but they will not be in until next week.
I would really like to replace that particular one today or tommorrow.
I did check with the local NAPA too but no joy there either.
I did not chek the local truck stop / maintenance garage yet but will do so too.
The only problem is that they go by application and you can't do that with one of our trucks.
Does anyone have a Bendix or Wagner part number for the cylinder?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
