where to find parts to rebuild alternator and starters

never rebuild either before. time to learn. i have a 2 failed 28mt starters. one truck has a gen 2 light coming on a bunch..

CUCV Electric has some alternator parts. Starters I don' know.

I've had good luck (so far) with these gear reduction starters.

thanks for the link. I have one of the starter still in use. I have two that failed. I'm looking for parts or rebuild kits for the stock alternators and starter. I'm not having any luck at all. Anybody know where I can find these? Thank

I got a starter rebuild kit from my local auto parts store. Tell them its for a 27MT...was about $40.00. As for the alts, Delco-Remy 27si type 100 HD, they should be able to get that too, or try CUCV electric.
