which new replacement slip yoke do i need?

I don't mean to sound like a jerk here but the add you referenced says "Call for free technical support". Maybe you should call for for free technical support. They should be able to tell you what yoke fits the transfer case in your 1009.

I asked here because I hoped to get decent information from the people that know these trucks. The drivetrain/powertrain combo used in CUCV's isn't very common in civvie blazers and the lay-person is usually not very well informed on these trucks. Thanks for nothing.

You better read about propeller shafts in TM 9-2320-289-20P. They seem to have two designs depending on the serial number of your vehicle.

Second design propeller shafts have a boot while first design propeller
shafts do not. This does not affect propeller shaft maintenance. The
first design propeller shaft is shown in this procedure.
