Which one to bob? M923A2 or M931A2?

Hi all.
Just wondering what the general opinion is on which is the most feasible to bob, M923A2 ore a M931A2? I see pros and cons with each. I also have seen a few of each done here. Hopefully I haven't started a war.

Do not bob the M931A2, remove everything on top of the frame and install a deuce and half 12' foot bed. Perfect.

M931s are easier to bob if you are using a m105 bed.No cutting of frame is required.

M931 with a deuce or M105 bed (if a deuce bed remove the tire carrier). If you bob a 923 you can shorten the 14' bed but that is a lot of work, plus you have to shorten the frame.

I tryed to buy a deuce and half in 1979 and i could not get one, so in the early 80's i made my own all wheel drive.
