That 40k price range is what a new 1 ton pickup with a diesel engine is running now. If it was a commercial end user, they got a bargain.

I can never understand the huge price fluctuation in these auctions. Not to long ago they were going for under 20K. My guess is they went overseas.

The price was hi because these looked like rebuilds, the last group needed work on all of them
