How do I get did of the (00) after my user name? I have tried changing the private message settings under "profile" with out any success. Or is it something I can't change?Respectfully Yours, New and confused.

Just means you have 0 inbound and 0 sent private messages. It only shows to that particular member on line. Lets you know if you need to check your mailbox.
