WTB: RT-524 A6000 Oscillator Buffer Module

My RT-524 will turn on, got speaker noise, matching unit turns but it won't key up on transmit and cooling fan doesn't kick on with Xmit. Was told the problem should be the A6000 Oscillator Buffer Module.
