WTB/T MB oil filter housing and bracket

Folks, I'm in need of an oil fitler and bracket assembly for my 43' MB project. I have an M38 engine currently installed, I say that because I want to be sure the original oil filter bracket holes will line up with the newer engine. I could use a top and seat cushion set if anyone has some leftovers they'd like to sell or trade with me on. Thanks.
