From what I just read the M35a2c should be a '72 And the Xm818 is a '70 .

The "vin" for the Xm818 should be C124-12761 The 11370 is the last part of the reg #. The reg # sould start with 05 for 5 ton truck then a letter most likely F. I say this because your is only a few # newer than mine. So 05F-11370 should be the military reg # the last 2 digets are the year '70

You sure it's not a 75 I think I might pay and play as the sf97 is kinda important.
Well no I'm not shure of any thing,But looking at Mr. DD's article in MV mag. He states that the 06 lot of trucks started in '73. The one here in ? is a 0540 which means it would be pre '73. He also states that the drope side's did not get there own # until '72. So a 0540 would have to be a '72. From what is wote in the article.

Why would you think it's a '75??
The numbering system the army used also changed in '72. Before '72 the last 2 digits were the year. The new NK (witch is the code for a multifule 2 1/2 ton truck) no longer had the year in it. I hope this help's and if it does you may still pay. Thank you for your support.
