Thanks for your reply. I’ll be going that route on doing head o-rings and booster pump. The truck runs great. Probably not worth going deeper than that.
As the title of the thread states does anyone rebuild these pumps? Whether as a business or on the side. I know there are pumps out there for sale. But I would like to have my pump gone through on my M35A2 and I don’t have the time to do so. The truck runs great, but the IP leaks and the booster...
I picked up some 395s from Wehring the other weekend. Thanks for the help guys! Now to find some wheels, CC Equipment is currently out of their two piece wheels.
Thanks for the replies fellas.
I appreciate you taking a look for me Clinto! Let me know what you can find.
I did try to remove the broken piece, i suppose its worth another good try. And i feel better now about re-using the fuel line. Thanks!
About the steering box.. The engine definitely...
A few weeks back i had to lift the motor and trans in my deuce to replace the steering box. Unfortunately, negligence can leave behind some damage. When removing the upper hose on the air compressor the tip of the fitting broken off in the female end of the hose. I have a photo attached of the...
Thanks for the replys guys!
Sorry. I edited my location. I am in richmond near the houston area. But i can travel. Do you know if you could get any info on the guy in Avery?

But I have realized that the the XZLs arent very common in...
One quick revision. When the high beams are on the driver's bulb is completely dead. I thought the filament was glowing but it is completely dead while the passenger side is at full brightness.
On the low beams both lights arent too bright but the passenger light is barely lit.
I also cleaned...
I bought my Deuce back in November of 2010 and I have yet to figure out why my headlights dont work properly. The headlights are dim with the low beams on. The passenger side is the most dim. With the high beams on the passenger side is as bright as can be and the drivers light is practically...
Now thats an idea! lol
That's a very good point. The flywheel I bought from Memphis equipment came with a nice surface grind on it. The man in charge of their shop reaffirmed me that the new flywheel is ready for installation and that he installs them in his shop as is when new.
Yes, and pretty sparingly. I know of that exact hole, I shouldnt have an issue with it.
No videos of it on youtube yet.
I bought a completely new unit. It could have been resurfaced but i didnt want to trust someones workmanship, especially after how much heat it must have taken.
