It looks like it is in nice shape. Put up some more pictures when you get a chance. You should also get some ramps so you can just drive her up into the bed of your truck.
Looks like you found a real good project. All of those 24 volt parts are quite valuable and hard to find so it is a big bonus that yours still has all of them.
