Does anybody have a wiring schematic for the M939 Protective Control Box?

I emailed the Kansas Highway Patrol, Kansas Dept. of Revenue Driver's License Dept, & Kansas Dept. of Revenue Commercial License Dept. & ALL THREE said that my M931 is not considered a commercial vehicle & I do not have to have a CDL to drive it.

Has anyone ever tried mounting a 10-foot CONEX box on the back of an M931?
Remove the 5th wheel & bolt down a CONEX box right on the frame.
I've got this idea & wondering if anyone has ever tried it.
Ok, it is something like 20 degrees outside & my two M931's are giving me ****.
I cranked both trucks over & got fairly heavy white smoke out of the exhaust stack. The fuel is burning just not lighting off.
