its easy to change gear,dont worry about the transfercase crunching its got a synchromesh in it so its just like shifting gear.

Tryed out this gearshift on my truck today
and man what a huge difference it makes.
There is no strain on the clutch it pulls away much
happier.
There is no rushing these trucks anyway ..
I shall be using this move from no on. You can feel the
truck loves to drive like this.

Just another thought that someone may help to resolve
and that is,, How come when changing from low to highbox
the transfer case don't crunch??? Is it because 5 th gear is
an overdrive????:lol:

How strong is fifth gear as a overdrive as my truck does pull hard uphill
in top and only drops 5-10mph on a reasonable incline,steeper hills i drop a cog????????
