Just another thought that someone may help to resolve and that is,, How come when changing from low to highbox the transfer case don't crunch??? Is it because 5 th gear is an overdrive????:lol:

Ok cool,thanks guys this does make sense now... How strong is fifth gear as a overdrive as my truck does pull hard uphill in top and only drops 5-10mph on a reasonable incline,steeper hills i drop a cog????????
