Hi,
My city has 2 HMMWVs and one came with a non-working fan system. Regardless of temp, the fan would never kick on.
We changed the fan switch sensor in the crossover pipe, the cold advance sensor on the back of the passenger side head, and the time delay module.
We also upgraded the start box to a KDS matched set S3 box and TSU.
The good news is that the fan now works. It comes on around 190-200.
The bad news is that once the fan comes on it will not kick-off.
What do I need to look for here? This seems to be a unique issue.
