On a Cummins 250, Anyone have any ideas on how to get the drive off a AFC IP input shaft, tried two bars, don't want to do to much prying on the input shaft, tried a puller, put a good load on it but still there?????

1st, why?
So I can RESEAL the leakkkkkkkkkkkkkkkking input shaft seals, the leak has gotten bad enough (turned into a solid stream) that I have to do something about it, before, the drip would stop after some use, not any more and no longer a drip.

Pull the front cover, put the gears in a brass lined vice, then use two long pry bars and pry it off the shaft. The cover needs to come off to get the shaft out. There will be a snap ring between the drive gear and the cover. What out for the governor assist, it's spring loaded, be mindful of the drive tab when re assembling, use a new seal on the top bolt on the back side and remember, outer seal has the flat towards the drive coupling and the inner seal has the flat toward the gear.
