Not an anti but a tanker, I think it came off a M901 ITV Hammerhead track.

look through the lens. If it is off a M901 ITV then it will have four vertical ranging lines (long one, short one, short one, long one). If it is from a M981 FISTV then it will have a grid in it.

I have one as well. I believe it's an M113 commanders periscope.

M113 Family of Vehicles (FOV) which includes the M981 or a M901. The standard M113 commanders cupola used the M17 vision block (6 I think in the commanders cupola).
