I'm returning home in about 2 and a half weeks from TDY and I want to get my BRDM2 registered. I reside in Johnson County, Texas. I registered one previously in 2013 in Tarrant county. I have the bill of sale and Vin verification/ VTR-68 document by an auto theft cop. Do I still need to do a bonded title and then bring it to the DMV?
Is there a way I can do the registering online? The earliest time they can see me is in November. I really want to be on the road by then.
