Troop Seats from Mt. Airy Md. to Aberdeen Event

Is there anyone in the Mt. Airy/Woodbine/Ellicott City/Damascus Maryland area that is going to the Aberdeen Md. event that could transport a set of troop seats to Aberdeen for a member in New Jersey that will be at Aberdeen?
