WTB: Military Junior Oil Filter Housing for M37

I'm looking for a Military Junior oil filter housing for my Dodge M37. Went to change the oil today for the first time, couldn't get the drain plug out of the filter housing. Took it off the engine...massive quantity of sludge in the bottom, and looks like it'd had a bunch of water in it at some point. The plug is galled in from the inside (was wondering how an oil plug like that gets stuck!) and there's massive pitting in the bottom...enough I'm worried it'll eventually pinhole.

Filter housing doesn't have to be off a M37 of course, any of the Military Junior housings should work fine.
