Yes, another spindle nut ?

Recap,

spindle nut came off and the front rt tire decided to depart the vehicle. I got a new spindle, bearings etc and ready to reassemble. or so I thought. In the schematic it shows what appears to be a spacer before the large outer bearing on the spindle. I had the bearing pressed off and there is nothing there. Its # 2. Any idea where I can acquire one?

Any tips on getting the spindle to seat against the hub? DS went on no problem, PS side will not settle in to place.
