HMMWV pioneer rack on CUCV brushguard

I have always wondered how well it would work- they strap on quite nice! I am going to remove the 2 clamps used on the HMMWV as they are not needed for this. The two bars on top sit on top of the brushguard and I strap it on.

THAT IS NIIIICE!!! Looks like one could extend those two bars and then bolt it to the brush guard. How's the availability of the pioneer racks??

Strapped. the HMMWV rack is designed to come off and be carried, so strapping works best.

i have one of these and am trying to figure out a place to mount it besides the front im thinking inside the cargo area of my m1009
